Who we are
Care Advance, ABN 26 702 196 183, is an Australian business. We help older Australians and their families understand the Home Equity Access Scheme and reverse mortgages, prepare and lodge Scheme applications for them, and provide the Care Advance Loan.

Fees and costs
The first conversation is free. If you ask us to prepare a Home Equity Access Scheme application, we set out any fee in writing before we start. For a Care Advance Loan, the interest rate, any fees and how they are charged are set out in your written loan offer before you decide.

If you are unhappy with our service, tell us by email at hello@careadvance.com.au or by phone on 1300 144 627. We will confirm we have received your complaint, tell you who is handling it, and tell you when to expect an answer.
