Care Advance is built on one simple idea: the home you worked for can be both the place you stay and the way you pay for what comes next. For most older Australians the home is the largest thing they own, and the place they most want to be. We help you use some of its value while you keep living in it.
The ways to do that already exist: the Government's Home Equity Access Scheme, and the reverse mortgage, protected by Australian law. What has been missing is a guide: plain explanations, a simple process, and someone on the phone who knows the way through. We started Care Advance to be that guide.
So that you can pay for the care you want, at home or wherever you choose, and live the later years well, in your own home and on your own terms.
